+1 for what the other anon wrote. I have been cutting sugar intake (just some not all) for two weeks now. Might be placebo, but I feel better. So seems to work for me too.

Both. Sugar itself, even organic cane sugar, is not good for you. Even worse if you get the bulk bleached processed sugar. Sugar itself is what cancer feeds off of, too much sugar in your regular diet helps cancer cells become malignant over time. It also can make you fat too.

A limited amount of sugar will not kill you though. Just as long as you keep sugar consumption down to a minimum. Carbs also apply to that as well.

It's good to cut down on both sugar and carbs too. Carbs convert to sugar. Potatoes, pasta, breads and fruit are all rich in carbohydrates. A small amount of carbs is not bad, you should have some carbs but the point is not to over-consume them. Also, getting exercise will help burn off carbs (and fat too), which give you more energy.

People that excessively eat carb-rich foods often become fat, sluggish and lazy. Over time they risk having serious health problems if they do not cut back.
